Accessibility statement for Hull Bereavement Services
This website is run by Hull City Council. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to -

Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
- WCAG 2.0 A 4.1.2 The 'Accessibility and translation' button that opens the ReciteMe tool does not have a link behind it
- WCAG 2.0 AA 1.4.3 The contrast of text on the buttons isn't high enough and the site name in the footer is too dark
- WCAG 2.1 AA 1.4.10 There is two dimensional scrolling on smaller mobiles on the Contact Us page
These issues will be fixed by November 2024.
