Our Priory Woods Cemetery is now open after extensive remodelling, the cemetery and unique gardens have been created to offer a place for visitors to visit and take time reflect and commemorate their loved ones in a beautiful and tranquil setting. There is a modern building onsite where you will find a reception, memorial shop and a friendly team to assist with your queries.
Peace Garden
The peace garden is set within a tranquil natural setting offering a beautiful seating area around a water feature to sit and reflect, to be enjoyed by everyone in Harmoney with nature.
Memory Garden
This area has been specifically designed as a special space which offers various memorials, including a -

- ornamental treesseating areas
to create an open space which can be visited every day of the year.

At Priory Woods Cemetery there are many types of memorials that can be chosen to commemorate a loved one's life. Please speak with a Bereavement Officer to discuss your options. Those unsure of what to do with a loved ones Cremated Remains should consider the options available at the Priory Woods Cemetery, Memorial Rose trees and vaults are very popular.
Woodland Walk
Set in beautiful tranquil settings the interactive family trail takes you through the open landscape which allows you to explore the different areas of the cemetery. As children and their families walk through, they will encounter the -
- characters on the interactive sheet which tells a story
- ponds
- picnic area.
The walk finishes at the Memory Garden with an opportunity to post your letter to a loved one in the dedicated post box.
